9 Entrepreneurial Traits

In order to become a good entrepreneur, there are 9 entrepreneurial traits that need to be implement if you want to be a successful entrepreneur.

1. Networked

There is no businessman who is able to work alone. Cooperation with colleagues, friends, business partners and clients are very important for the development of a business. Bob Sadino, a successful businessman from Indonesia said that, if we want to become a successful businessman, we have to build a very good network.

2. Failure is an Option

Failure is part of being an entrepreneur, you will take those failures and use them as learning experiences. Real world experience, even failing, will teach you more than you would ever learn in a classroom.
Richard Branson said it best: “Few first ventures work out. It is how a beginning entrepreneur deals with failure that sets that person apart. In fact, failure is one of the secrets to success, since some of the best ideas arise from the ashes of a shuttered business.”

3. Observant

Being observant makes a person understand what people wants and how people reacts. This is very important to understand as an entrepreneur. Caterina Fake, a tech entrepreneur and also the founder of Flickr and Findery says, “Being open and observant of people and the world around you is really important. People have the same desires and needs online as they do offline. The way that people are stays constant. You can change the format, make it easier for them to communicate or use photos instead of words but human necessities never change.”.

4. Team Oriented

Team oriented means that you just don't think of just yourself, you include others in your decisions.
"Talent is extremely important. It's like a sports team, the team that has the best individual player will often win but then there’s a multiplier from how those players work together and the strategy they employ."- Elon Musk

Proactive entrepreneurs are those who biased towards action Instead of waiting for events to unfold they take charge to influence their environment and make things happen.

 a. To achieve the objective principle, no difficulties to obstruct.
        b. To complete the results as the standard, there is no reason or excuse.
